Qualifications

• Min 3 years experience in Sales and Marketing Field
• Minimum +2 Pass
• Leadership skill

Job Role:

• The DSI is responsible for achieving the assigned revenue target by hiring, supervising, and maintaining the required number of active Dealer Sales Representatives (DSRs) within the assigned branch and OLTs. 
• The DSI shall set individual targets for each DSR and ensure they are consistently tracked, monitored, and reported.
• DSIs are expected to ensure continuous engagement of DSRs, submit accurate and timely performance updates, and coordinate proactively with branch and provincial leadership.
