Welcome to Caro TV Nepal Nepal, your choice for television channel and internet services. Please carefully review the following terms and conditions, as they constitute a legal agreement between you (referred to as “the customer”) and Caro TV Nepal Pvt. Ltd. (referred to as “the provider”). These terms outline the services provided by Caro TV Nepal.
Caro TV Nepal reserves the right to update or modify this agreement at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via your registered email address. The latest version of the terms and conditions can be found on our website: www.carotvnepal.com.np.
Your continued use of our services after any modifications to the Agreement will signify your acceptance of the updated terms.
This agreement becomes effective once you have placed an order for services with Caro TV Nepal and have accepted our services. It will remain in effect until your services are terminated as per this agreement. This agreement applies to both the services provided and any equipment provided by Caro TV Nepal, such as customer premises equipment (ONU, Fiber, STB, or any other connected devices provided) at the time of installation.
A. General Terms
Caro TV Nepal provides Internet Connection services between Caro TV Nepal provided equipment, subject to the conditions outlined herein and within the capabilities of Caro TV Nepal’s network infrastructure. The Internet connections are offered at speeds advertised within the purchased service plan, under ideal conditions. Caro TV Nepal reserves the right to adjust these speeds if necessary for equipment upgrades or network maintenance. Efforts will be made to notify the USER of any such interruptions in advance.
The Caro TV Nepal Home Package is exclusively for residential use and may not be resold or used for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from Caro TV Nepal. Caro TV Nepal reserves the right to terminate service if the CUSTOMER is found in violation of this policy.
Our plans are designed for personal use only. Caro TV Nepal may discontinue Unlimited Data benefits/services offered as part of plans in cases of misuse, fraudulent activity, unauthorized telemarketing, or commercial use. Residential packages cannot be billed in a company’s name.
Registration and Documentation
To start using our services, customers need to provide the required documents and complete payment after installation. If any necessary document or payment is missing, Caro TV Nepal reserves the right to refuse service and reclaim our equipment.
CUSTOMER confirms:
They are either 18 years or older (if an individual) or a legally formed corporation, partnership, or entity with the authority to accept this agreement, acting through a duly authorized representative.
Required documents:
For individuals: Copy of Citizenship/Passport/Driving License and two recent passport size photos.
For institutions: Copy of Company Registration and PAN/VAT Registration.
CUSTOMER ensures all information provided is accurate and agrees to update Caro TV Nepal with any changes, supported by appropriate documentation. Caro TV Nepal is not liable for any damage suffered while using our services, including loss of data due to customer negligence or errors.
Use of information obtained through Caro TV Nepal’s network is at the customer’s risk. Caro TV Nepal denies responsibility for the accuracy or quality of information obtained through its services.
CUSTOMER agrees not to use Caro TV Nepal’s network for any illegal activities. This includes copyright violations, threatening or obscene material, or material protected by trade secret law. CUSTOMER agrees to indemnify Caro TV Nepal from any claims resulting from such use.
CUSTOMERS must comply with Government of Nepal regulations. Violations will result in immediate service termination. Neither party shall be liable for failure in performance due to causes beyond its control. CUSTOMERS may not resell or redistribute internet services without written permission. Caro TV Nepal reserves the right to deny or terminate service immediately for violations.
Caro TV Nepal aims to provide reliable internet within 24 hours but makes no guarantees. CUSTOMER accepts all services “as is” without warranty. Caro TV Nepal guarantees latency and speed within its network backbone and subscribed bandwidth through direct-wired connection.
B. Package Services
The packages offered on our website and through various marketing channels are available for a limited time only. The internet package price includes Telecommunication Service Charge and Basic Support Service charge. The Basic Support charge covers 24×7 phone support and service maintenance up to the Client’s Optical Termination Box.
All our packages are pre-paid. Payment must be made in full before service activation. Failure to pay will result in automatic service suspension until full payment is received.
Customers can renew their packages through the Caro TV Nepal Customer Portal, Mobile App, debit card, or various online portals (e-Sewa, iPay, IME Pay, Prabhu Pay, connect IPS, Fonepay, etc.), or in-person at any of our outlets. Non-payment will result in automatic service suspension until payment is made.
Unpaid bills exceeding the grace period will result in service disablement, and Caro TV Nepal reserves the right to reclaim our devices without notice.
Customers can upgrade packages during their subscription period; however, package change charges will apply. To ensure fair use and optimal network performance, excessive data usage will be addressed with a Fair Usage Policy (FUP) without prior notice.
Data usage is calculated cumulatively, with no carryover to the next subscription period. The service contract is valid until the service/package is active and is for exclusive use. Service cannot be transferred or shared without written consent. Relocation of service is subject to coverage and availability, with 15 working days’ notice required. Relocation charges apply.
C. Support Services
We offer 24×7 telephone support for internet-related issues. On-site support, if needed, will be provided within 48 hours under normal circumstances. Charges may apply for on-site support as per company policy. Additionally, charges may apply for equipment/parts, fiber wire, and accessory replacements as per company policy. Non-payment of these charges may result in disconnection of the customer’s internet service.
We provide a one-time setup and primary router configuration service. Please note that internal networking is not Caro TV Nepal’s responsibility, and additional charges may apply.
D. Renewal Policy
At Caro TV Nepal, we strive to provide added value to our loyal customers. Our “Renewal Saapati Policy” ensures a smooth and hassle-free renewal process.
Our loyal existing customers can easily avail benefits through our Caro TV Nepal Mobile App with just one click, making their internet connectivity LIVE from anywhere.
Terms and Conditions:

Yearly and Half-Yearly Subscribers: Enjoy a 7 Days Recharge Saapati. This benefit can be used twice, totaling 7 days, through our Caro TV Nepal Mobile App.

Quarterly and Two-Month Subscribers: Receive a 3 Days Recharge Saapati. This benefit can be used twice, totaling 3 days, through our Caro TV Nepal Mobile App.

One-Month Subscribers: Receive a 2 Days Recharge Saapati. This benefit can be used once, totaling 2 days, through our Caro TV Nepal Mobile App.
Any Saapati benefited by the company will be deducted in the next recharge.
E. Ownership, Installation & Support
The CUSTOMER agrees to provide Caro TV Nepal and its subcontractors with reasonable access to their premises for the installation, maintenance, and repair of the Service. This may include alterations to the premises, such as drilling, cutting, or other modifications necessary for installation or repair. If the CUSTOMER does not own the premises, they warrant that they have obtained permission from the necessary party, such as the owner, landlord, or building manager, for Caro TV Nepal’s access and alterations.
Caro TV Nepal is not responsible for additional services such as clipping wires, hiding cables, or installing through false ceilings or underground wiring systems. Additional charges may apply for such services as per company policy, and non-payment may result in service discontinuation. The ONU device (Router) provided by Caro TV Nepal remains the property of Caro TV Nepal and is provided on a rental basis. The CUSTOMER must return the ONU device upon discontinuation of the Caro TV Nepal link.
A refundable deposit will be returned to the CUSTOMER upon verification of the working condition of the ONU device. Caro TV Nepal provides a 3-month warranty on the ONU against manufacturing and software defects. Any damage caused by activities not covered by the warranty is chargeable at the full price of the device.
Any equipment installed at the CUSTOMER’s premises by Caro TV Nepal, but not sold to the CUSTOMER, remains the property of Caro TV Nepal. The CUSTOMER is liable for the cost of repair or replacement of equipment if damaged, mishandled, destroyed, lost, or stolen while on the premises. This includes patch cables and FTTH terminal boxes. Non-payment of charges may result in the disconnection of the CUSTOMER’s internet service.
Caro TV Nepal Equipment must be returned undamaged within Thirty-One (31) calendar days after the Customer’s Service is terminated. Failure to return the equipment within this time period may result in the retention of any advance payment or deposit. If the service is terminated for any reason, it is the CUSTOMER’s responsibility to return equipment and accessories owned by Caro TV Nepal.
In the event Caro TV Nepal needs to uninstall and retrieve its belongings from the CUSTOMER’s premises, the CUSTOMER agrees to provide unhindered access for this purpose. In cases of theft, loss, or damage to Caro TV Nepal-owned equipment, the CUSTOMER agrees to reimburse Caro TV Nepal for the full value of the missing equipment.
F. Refund Policy
Caro TV Nepal has a strict no-refund policy for all payments, except for the deposit amount collected for devices provided to the CUSTOMER.
G. Giveaway Winners Selection
Caro TV Nepal organizes various giveaways across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Viber, and our mobile applications. Winners are chosen through a randomized selection process, ensuring complete transparency and fairness. The names of all winners are announced on our social media channels and are also available on our website in the “Updates” section of Caro Blogs.
H. Fair Usage Policy
At Caro TV Nepal, we believe in providing the best experience for our users by ensuring optimal network performance. To achieve this, we encourage responsible use of our services.
To prevent abuse of Unlimited Data benefits that may affect other users, Caro TV Nepal will identify and address excessive data consumption by a customer beyond their allocated quota (in GB) within a 30-day recharge cycle. Upon reaching this limit, Caro TV Nepal reserves the right to implement a Fair Usage Policy (FUP) by adjusting bandwidth use for such customers without prior notice.
This policy applies to all Caro TV Nepal internet plans and is designed to ensure that we can maintain quality internet services for all our customers without any disadvantages.
